We want you to love your soul-nurturing rituals, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Ritual

  Carefully place your items in the original shipping box or a similar secure container to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
